Customer's Fault Description
RED POWER BUTTON DOES NOT TURN SYSTEM ON, BUT IT CAN BE TURNED ON MANUALLY.
This remote arrived and as pointed out by the customer there was some superficial damage to the outer casing (due to attempted openings), this did not hinder the remotes functionality. Initial testing showed that all buttons were transmitting.
Once opened the print was tested for any signs of damage / component checks etc. No fault could be located. (See testing video below)
No fault could be found on this remote, no charge has been applied (only the return postage is required)
