Customer's Fault Description
Transmitter appears operational with light coming on.
No light on receiver & fire controls not operating.
This remote arrived safely along with its receiver. First testing showed that the visible LED was illuminating on all button presses on the remote but no transmission was being received at the receiver.
It was found that the Ultrasonic Transducer was faulty, upon replacing this the remotes full functionality was restored (see testing video)
