Customer's Fault Description
REMOTE DOES NOT IGNITE/TURN ON THE FIRE BUT WILL TURN IT DOWN/OFF
This remote arrived safely and was found to be non transmitting on the Up / On function. The function LED was lighting up but no ultrasonic transmission was being made.
The problem was rectified by replacing the Crystal Oscillators in the remote and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
Important - as the receiver was not present if was not possible to test the functionality with the dedicated receiver (it may be possible that hte receivers crystals my need to be changed, if this is found to be the case then the receiver will be repaired under the same job sheet at no extra cost)
