DISCRIBED IN YOUR BLOG LIGHT FLASHING EVEN WITH NEW BATTERIES
This remote was found to be transmitting permanantly upon arrival once a battery was inserted.
This was found to be because of "sticky buttons". The rubber padding had sligtly bloated and was jamming in the casing causing the button to stay in the down position.
The first attempt was to try some lubrication to see if it allowed the buttons free movement but this failed, therefore the repair was to cut slice small amounts of the button fixture until free movement was found.
Full functionality was then restored (See testing Video)
