Increase flame button not working

 

This remote arrived without the Receiver and was found to be faulty due to one of the Crystal oscillators being duff.  This could only be replaced with a different valued crystal which meant we did have to ask for the receiver to be sent to us so that we could change the corresponding crystal in the receiver.

 This was received and the crystal replaced, full functionality was restored (See  )
