Customer's Fault Description
Wires are detached from battery terminal.
This remote arrived with a detached battery terminal, this was replaced but hte remote was still found to be faulty, the problem was found to be faulty buttons.
The full set of 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality has been restored (please see testing video below)
