Customer's Fault Description
All buttons no longer work when pressed or are intermittant - signal cannot be sent to fire from remote making the fireplace unusable.
This remote arrived and was found to be non sealed (the back was loose and screw missing holding the remote together)
The fault was intermittent functionality from the buttons, the remedy was to replace all 4 buttons. This was done and full functionality was restored (See testing video below)
