on/off and ignite buttons don't work anymore

 

This remote was found to have a faulty button causing no on/off function.

Thsi is a common fault whereby the buttons collapse and require replacement.  All buttons were replaced (to prevent future problems with other buttons) and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
