Customer's Fault Description
Remote Control brings flame up on the Gazco Fire but will not reduce the flame or switch off. Batteries have been changed.
This remote arrived with receiver and was found to be non functioning on one of the channels (wouldn't trigger the reduction channel)
The problem was the usual fault, the crystal oscillators were replaced in the remote and receiver and full functionality was restored (See )
