Customer's Fault Description
Has been dropped and something is rattling inside the remote which is no longer working.
This remote arrived and was found to be rattling as mentioned by the Customer, it was found that once the battery compartment was opened the lower terminals were shattered (see bottom picture). These were glued up and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
