Customer's Fault Description
Remote has gradually lost function. Changed batteries but still no function.
This remote arrived and was found to be transmitting upon arrival. The remote was opened to see if there was any signs of spillage, dry joints or cracks in the print but unfortunately the remote was sound in construction.
We have been therefore unable to fault this remote as it appears to be transmitting. It might be worth testing the Pin arrangements (under the batter compartment) to ensure they correspond withe the receivers pin configuration if possible.
