Battery terminals broken / gone

 

This remote arrived in a set of 2 remotes (the other remote repair details can be found on a separate job-sheet)

This first Vibradorm bed remote was missing a battery cover (please note this cannot be replaced), and the terminals were found to be making poor contact with the battery, adjusting these terminals was not an option as any attempt to bend them back into position results in breaking of the terminals.

This is a common fault and was remedied by doing a case modification and adding a clip on battery terminal.  Full functionality has been restored (see testing video)
