LEAKING BATTERY RUSTED BATTERY CONNECTIONS IN BATTERY COMPARTMENT

 

This remote was totally dead upon first inspection, This was due to the battery terminals missing after being corroded away by a acid leakage from faulty batteries.

Luckily the damage had not extended to the PCB meaning that this fault was remedied by replacing all of the battery terminals.
