Customer's Fault Description
The LED illuminates on the remote control however the receiver LED light does not and therefore neither does the motorized valve operate.However if you touch the ultrasonic detector on the receiver all seems to be ok....
This remote and receiver arrived safely and first testing revealed that even though the handset was illuminating, no signal whatsoever was being transmitted.
This was remedied by replacing the Ultrasonic Transmitter in the handset and full functionality was restored (See testing Video)
