Optoma Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The battery contacts were damaged by leaking battery acid
This remote arrived safely and as stated by the customer there were signs of battery spillage in the battery compartment of the remote. Also 2 of the terminals were missing.
The missing terminals were replaced and the corrosive chemicals cleaned off the other terminals, also a full inspection internally was done to make sure there was no further internal spillage which could have caused future problems.
Full functionality was restored (See testing video)
