Customer's Fault Description
We have for years had difficulties in operating the buttons having to press harder or at different angles to get them to respond, particularly the round ones. But this winter we have found that all buttons do not operate apart from a very slight flicker from the indicator light.
This Kinder handset arrived safely and was found to have very sluggish / inoperable buttons.
This is a common fault with these Verine styled remotes and the remedy is to replace all of the buttons with new ones. This was done and full functionality was restored. (See testing Video)
