Customer's Fault Description
Remote stopped working. Buttons needed to maintain functionality are: The first 3 on the top row, buttons 1,2 and 4 on the second row.
This remote arrived and first inspection showed that the remote was split open, the battery cover was missing and the IR cover on the front of the remote was missing - these cannot be replaced and do not effect functionality.
The remote was not functioning from any button. This was due to problems with the button array. This was repaired and functionality was restored, it was however noticed that the function LED was not illuminating. This was replaced with a yellow LED and now all functions are restored.
