Customer's Fault Description
The unit will switch on and increase the gas flow but won't turn down or off
This remote and receiver arrived safely. Upon first opening the package it was noticed that the battery compartment covers were missing,t these cannot be replaced and it is hoped that the customer removed them before shipping.
The remote was tested first and it was functioning perfectly on both channels which lead to the conclusion that the receiver was at fault.
The receiver was tested and sure enough it wasnt receiving on one of the channels. This was down to the usual fault of a faulty crystal, this was replaced and full functionality was restored (See testing video)
