Customer's Fault Description
I forgot to take the batteres out and they Leaked corroding the batterers terminals.so can no longer put batteres in remote.
This marantz remote control arrived safely and well packaged. The battery compartment was showing signs of battery leakage and the terminals have corroded / broken off as per the customers fault description.
The terminals were replaced and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
