Customers Fault Description : Doesn't work
This remote arrived safely and on first inspection it was noted that the up button wasnt "clicking". When a battery was inserted the remote was constantly cycling through the up functions.
This was due to a collapsed button which is quite common on these handsets, the fault was cured by replacing the button and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
