Customer's Fault Description
Loose wire inside the case. No writing on the screen of the remote control. Cannot turn fire on, off or anything at all.
This Mertik Maxitrol G6R-H4T remote arrived safely and upon opening the battery compartment it was found that the battery terminals were faulty as described by the customer.
This was replaced with a new terminal and cable and full functionality was restored (See testing video)
