Part of a batch of 2 similar remotes - Both controls have the same problem Circuit board chip that has become un-soldered loose or broken. Iv attempted to fix this my self using wire glue Ann a glue gun

 

This adjustable bed remote arrived as a package of 2 similar remotes.

This handset was powering up but not transmitting n infra red signal.  This was due to the 455e crystal oscillator being faulty, the customer had attempted to repair the crystal but sadly was not sucessfull.  The crystal was replaced with a new one and full functionality was restored. (See testing Video)
