Customer's Fault Description
A battery was left inside the remote whilst in storage. The acid leaked and corroded the wire holding the negative terminal, which then snapped. A home repair has been attempted, but it still does not function.
This remote arrived safely and was found to have corroded terminals due to a prior battery leakage as per the customers fault description. The battery terminal was replaced and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
