Customer's Fault Description
Lights up but does nothing else.
This Yamaha remote arrived safely and was lighting up as per the customers description. The handset was tested with and infra red tester and was also found to be transmitting (Se testing video)
The remote was opened to see if there were any bad joins / spilleage etc but nothing was found that could cause a intermittent problem.
As the handset has been unable to be faulted no repair can be carried out. No charge except the return postage is required.
