Customer's Fault Description
RECEIVER AT GAS FIRE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE WORKING(LED NOT LIGHTING) but transmitter does.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on initial testing the handset itself was lighting up but not transmitting a signal to the receiver. 

This is a common problem and the remedy was to replace the ultrasonic transducer in the remote which required an internal case modification.

This was done and full functionality has been restored. (See testing video)
