both battery terminals broken off as discussed with you on the phone 16/06/15.
This appa adjustable bed remote arrived safely and as the customer stated the battery terminals had broken off completely.
This is a common problem that is rectified by replacing the terminals with a pp9 battery clip, this required internal case modifications.
