Its the remote for - <a href="http://www.jordanfitness.co.uk/products/6-digit-interval-timer" target="_blank">jordanfitness.co.uk remote</a>
Turns on/off fine but when trying to use the 'edit' button it really struggles to work, plus 'start' and 'enter'. I think its a use of those buttons as weve had it two years. But I can't find a replacement on its own without the whole new timer.
Not sure if you can take a look and refurbish potentially.
This Timer remote arrived safely and initial test showed that there were many buttons being "unresponsive, intermittent"
Upon opening the remote the problem became apparent. There was a lot of powdered contamination inside the remote (possibly due to decoration plaster or something similar), this had coated many parts of the button array (see image below)
This contamination was cleaned away and full functionality was restored (see testing video)
