OFF Button is loose and not working

 

This mertik maxitrol arrived safely and the down button was "stuck" as per the customers fault description.

Once the remote was opened the reason was clear, there was a missing "positioning" pin that holds the PCB in the correct position.  The remedy was to replace the back casing of the handset, this was done and full functionilty was restored (See testing video)
