Customer's Fault Description
no power on remote,tried replacing battery still no light on.
This caravan mover remote arrived safely and first inspection showed that the remote was not functioning at all.
Upon opening the battery cover the first problem was found, the battery clip was faulty (it was technically working but was hed together by tape) - This was replaced and the fault was still present.
When the remote itself was opened a full component check revealed that the LED indicator was shorted out which was causing the dead fault. This was replaced with a replacement (it was replaced with a green LED instead of the original Red LED)
Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
