after replace the battery workt for few days then was working intermitintly now does not oparate the brake machine at all

 

Thus Sun remote arrived safely, its initial appearance showed the remote to be held together by electrical tape and a full row of buttons missing, this is not uncommon with these remotes due to their working environment.

The remote was found to be totally dead.  Upon opening the remote a couple of things were found.

The red LED indicator was cracked (again not uncommon) and also the keypads were contaminated.

The keypad was cleaned off and the LED replaced with a new one and full functionality was restored (See testing Video)

There was also a couple of holding pins broken in the battery compartment which had broken off, this was repaired by a fixing plate which will help hold the battery in place.  Please note that no cosmetic damage can be repaired.
