Customers Fault Description : not working no buttons working
This Bush remote arrived safely and when the batteries were inserted and the remote tested it was found to be not working on most buttons, some buttons were still functioning but only intermittent.
Upon opening the remote there was a small amount of contamination on a few of the buttons which was shorting out a few contacts causing the problem.
The PCB was bathed in alcohol to remove the substance and the keypad themselves were washed down,full functionality was restored (see testing video)
