Customer's Fault Description
Remote is inoperative. Receiver Unit has been tested and is OK

 

This remote was received safely and was found to be not transmitting on both channels (up & down).  This was due to 2 faults found, the first was the common problem whereby the ultrasonic transmitter was faulty and required replacing, this required a case mod which was all internal.  the second problem was a faulty 40kh crystal which was also replaced.

 Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
