Customer's Fault Description
Start operation (both buttons pressed together) appears to work, - light on receiver unit illuminates and fire ignites.
Off/reduce flame control - (lower button only) no receiver light comes on, and no effect on flame control
This remote and receiver arrived safely, intitial tests shows intermittent functionality and limited range of the remote.
After a full testing it was found that the transducer in the receiver was at fault, a replacement transducer was ordered and fitted.
Full functionality was restored, the testing video shows the voltage switching between the -6volts and +6volts respectively as it should.
