Customer's Fault Description
Buttons stuck
This remote arrived safely and first inspection showed that the button was stuck as per the customers fault description, also the battery cover was missing and a battery was included (the battery was disposed of as it was almost dead due to it being drained by the constant button press)
The problem with the button was due to the case coming apart slightly which allowed the button to become dislodged from its holder. The remedy was to refit the button and also secure the casing to prevent future problems.
