Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working.
This Bose handset arrived safely and on first inspection it was revealed that there was signs of leakage from a battery spillage in the battery compartment.
When the remote was opened the leakage was found to have amassed over a large portion of the remote control and had corroded much of the print.
Sadly due to the extent of this corrosion this remote is beyond repair.
