Customer's Fault Description
the remote control is working ok.but the receiver only works coming down not light comes on when want to increase flame
This remote and receiver arrived safely, first inspection revealed that the remote was transmitting but the receiver was not.
The battery terminals in the receiver showed signs of spillage. When opened the spillage was found to be on the main input of the PCB. This was resoldered and the terminals and pcb cleaned up.
Full functionality was restored.
