Customer's Fault Description
Although handset lights are working (new batteries) the sensor unit isn't reacting (light only flickers when handset is held next to sensor).
Has worked well in the past.
This remote and receiver arrived safely. Initial testing revealed that the remote was at fault as even though it lights up there is no ultrasonic signal being emitted when any buttons are pressed.
This is due to a fault transducer. A replacement transducer is on order and will be fitted upon its arrival.
The transducer arrived finally on the 29th Sept and when fitted full functionality was restored.
