It was dropped and screen not working

 

This universal remote arrived safely and was found to be non functioning (no display was present as stated by the customer)

 Initial component testing revealed no apparent fault reason, therefore more service information / diagram was required.  After exhausting the various schematic suppliers with no luck this has sadly rendered this remote beyond repair.

 

There is no service charge as we have been unable to repair this remote.  Only the return postage is required to be paid if the handset is to be returned or we can dispose of the item on the customers request or after 3 months from the 8th Oct 2015 as per our terms.
