Customer's Fault Description
Remote/receiver responds to turn fire on (gas/valve flow)
However receiver does not respond to turn off
This remote and receiver arrived well packaged and initial testing revealed that the remote handset was in fact reansmitting but the receiver was not accepting one of the frequencies.
The receiver had a faulty 40.5 crystal which was the cause of the problem, this was replaced and full functionality was restored, see testing video.
