Buttons all appear to work but do not make the stove work NB I have two stoves and two remotes - the other remote works with both stoves so I don't think there is anything wrong with the receivers on the stoves - I have tried pairing the faulty remote but without success

 

This Gazco handset arrived safely and on testing the display worked and the buttons were working fine as per the display readout but no ultrasonic signal was being transmitted at all on either channels.

This was found to be the Ultrasonic Transducer being faulty.  This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
