Customer's Fault Description
The remote control working but the sound i can't increase or D crease the volume .

 

This Samsung remote arrived safely and on testing was fou7nd to be intermittent on the power button and no response from the volume buttons.

 

Upon opening the cause became apparent, there was contamination around the power and volume buttons.  This was cleaned off from the rubber pad and the pcb was given an alcohol wash to remove the contaminants.  Full functionality was restored.
