1,Works intermittently will raise the head of bed but wont lower have to shake or tap remote 2,middle row(across)of buttons do not illuminate


This vibradorm bed remote control arrived safely.  Upon first testing it was noticed that the center row of button were not illuminating with all the others.  Also the infra red signal was very intermittent.

When the handset was opened the illumination issue became apparent.  One of the surface mount LED's had broken loose from the PCB causing an open circuit to the other 2 LEDs on the middle row as well as the intermittent issue with the IR.

A replacement LED was fitted and full functionality was restored.
