Customer's Fault Description
Light on receiver dose not flash when the down button is prest on the remote.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and was found to be non transmitting on the down channel. This was found to be a faulty 40k crystal which was replaced, this restored functionality to the remote but then it was noticed that the receiver was not receiving on the same channel, again this was due to a faulty crystal in the receiver which was replaced and functionality restored.
