Customer's Fault Description
Light illuminates when buttons pressed but does not switch fire on and off etc..it's definitely an issue with remote as I've tried different remote ( borrowed one) and that one works fine
This carolina remote control arrived well packaged.
Initial testing showed that the visible LED was illumination on each button press but the infra red signal was not. This was found to be due to a faulty IR bulb. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
