Customer's Fault Description
Buttons were all working but now doesn't communicate with chair
This remote arrived safely and on adding a power source no display was present and no response from any of the buttons was noted.
Upon opening the remote there were no immediate signs of print damage / stress. A component check and button check was carried out but again no problem could be found. This led to the conclusion that one of the 2 non identifiable module boards located under the display block was at fault. These units are not available as spares and therefore has made this repair non possible.
