Customer's Fault Description
Dropped from top of Fire Place
Not sending signal
This Focal Point Fire remote arrived safely and on first inspection it was noticed that the battery cover was missing.
When a power source was added to the remote no ultrasonic signal could be detected.
This was due to a faulty US transducer which had failed due to a fall / knock. This was repalced and full functionality was restored.
