Customer's Fault Description
No response at all.
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be totally dead and not transmitting a signal.
When opened there was a few suspect joints around the main processor as well as some minor cracks around the battery connectors to the pcb.
These were all soldered up and full functionality was restored.
