neither openers work the LED light does not funcion at all now. Recently it has been intermittent and when it dose the door responds. I am asending both as discussed on the phone to see what is possible thanks

 

This first Firmadoor handset arrived safely (it arrived with a package containing 2 similar remotes, a separate job sheet will be created for the 2nd remote)

 

This remote would not power on at all.  Upon opening the remote a continuity test was carried out on the button itself.  The button was the culprit, it was reading very high in resistance meaning that it would not trigger the remote.

 

This button was replaced and full functionality was restored.
