Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent response to some of the controls. Others have no response - particulary (but not only) eject, pause and stop
This Samsung remote arrived very well packaged.
Upon adding a power source the button responsiveness was found to be very intermittent.
When the remote was opened the IR led solder joints were found to be cracked which was causing intermittent contacts especially when the buttons around the contacts were depressed.
The solder joints were reworked and full functionality was restored.
