Customer's Fault Description
No lights! Dead! Possibly bottom button stuck? No click to it!!
This remote arrived safely and on first inspection the bottom button was not making "contact" and no signal was being transmitted.
The button was replaced and a power source was added but still no signal was present. After a few component checks the problem was found to be the visible red LED that had shorted out. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
